Found out some more uncommonly known features on the highlander.. #1 the empty spot in the trunk area next to the tire iron and tools are meant for the front tow hooks that fit thru the bumpers at the small square covers in the front bumper but the US market doesn't come with them standard but you can order them form Toyota as front tow hooks for this gen of the highlander that look like big eye bolts for about $29 each they have 2 spots for them.. #2 the emergency gas /fuel door release if the battery is dead..is located on the driver's side in the back there's a small removable square section on the inside wall on the back on the driver's side truck area wall, once removed you will see a large white wire connector the emergency release lever is behind the large white connector..you can't see it but can feel it..if pressed it will open the fuel door..

Hi thanks for the video! I have a highlander 2022 platinum that sadly does not have wireless android auto curious if the cable is still holding up? Also how well it works for android auto if you're still using it. Thank you!

Really love to know how these go with apple CarPlay. Ive tried one magnetic cable that "said" it works with CarPlay but it would sometimes connect other times not, when it did connect it dropped out etc. Don't wanna keep wasting money on cables that don't work. :) I also emailed them to ask and they said they can't guarantee that it will work, and I can send it back if needed. great and all, but more hassle than its worth to find out it doesn't work lol

What if we need to take out the attached magnet port to the devices? Will it be very difficult or require tools to take it out?

This magnetic cables stop working after some time as the moving pin (with a spring inside) works on a male-female arrangement and carbon formation because of electricity conduction stop transmission of electricity, I tried cleaning with electrocleaner, blowing compressed air, moving the pin manually, pulling the pin out, nothing works...

I bought a set of those cables over a year ago. My family used them for about a month. To me, they charge slowly 🐌.

USB-A ends? Yeah no thanks. This is already outdated and wont work with anything USB-c that demands more than 20+ watts
