1:18 That would destroy your LEDs. LEDs have a forward voltage of around 3V.

It isn't working! The LED lights are supposed to be off after uploading the code. but LEDs are still on. Please guide.

This is more a voltmeter. Not really much of a battery tester...

U should have used resistors for the LEDs, thats wrong way of connecting

I killed 5 LEDs trying to make this when I tried testing them so don't use 3.3v or 5v when testing them

WTH? 5 vots to an LED without a limiting resistor blows LED's rather quickly.I don't know how you had your Arduino set up but that is just common knowledge and I'm a noob. (Yes it baffled me when I saw it and went ahead and followed suit and blew up my LED) and I'm sorry but on another note this doesn't really tell me anything about a battery except it's current voltage... I have a multimeter for that.
