Keep practicing handstands. The more comfortable you become with it, the easier you'll get hand hops and inverts. It's all about how much effort and time you put into it. Good luck ! =D

Could take a week or months depending how long you train. You could go against the wall and gain strength and balance from that.

i been training handstand on and off for 2months and i just got it i wanna get handhops and inverts so bad -.-
