Thank you for this post. I lost a lot in 2023. I lost the joy of romanticizing my life, I just felt like a robot. The low point was when I did not even enjoyed my promotion at work, I hit a wall. What the hell was I doing? I followed my plans, I hit my goals but then I lost this person this year and I felt like meh. But I will try again for 2024. I am trying to be inspired again.

I was once big on reading books and creating systems but with a couple of "lows" and having to restart again. I came to a point where trying becomes harder and I just gave up and cave in to what's easy (not progressing and stopped learning).
