I think the final result would've been even nicer had it been written like S_φ = (1 - φ)(γ+Ψ(1/φ^2)), because it gets rid of the awkward leading negation sign. :P

Why not just use the definition of the zeta function in terms of the series and switch the order of summation? It's a 3-liner...
