You are making it too complicated. It is very simple. Capital is just saved money. Without capital there is no investment, no businesses, no products, nothing.

So here in Australia we have a socialised healthcare system and also a private care system as well. If your poor and need a check up or something extreme like surgery its free. Obviously through taxes. But there is a waiting line depending on the seriousness. If its life threatening you’ll get it straight away. Now if you have private insurance you jump the que, and also have access to best medical facilities. Why cant you yanks adopt a similar system?
