Toro Timecutter Zero Turn Deck Removal How To Video

In this video I'll be showing you how to remove the cutting deck on your Toro timecutter zero turn lawn mower.

*Toro recommends lowering the deck all the way on the floor and removing the pin on the front level arm then unhooking the rear brackets and finally slide the deck back to remove the belt from the clutch pulley. However in my experience on some mowers if I don't remove the belt first that creates tension when the deck is lowered and that make disconnecting the front level arm sometimes difficult.

Great easy to understand video I like to take deck off every few years and clean and paint etc. Looked like harder job in owners manual. Thanks very much

I bought a used 50 zero toro - my fence where I have to park it is only 50 inches - so it doesn’t fit - can I exchange a 50 deck to a 48 or 42 deck - does the brackets line up and will it work?

Thanks for this video! My deck keeps slipping off the bracket in the left side of the deck rides in the grass making a gouge in the lawn. Do you know why it keeps falling off the bracket?

If you take the deck to the ground first you don’t have to pull on the tensioner to get the belt off because moving the deck back gives you slack but good video.
