Hi new to the channel and looking to get my first zero turn and have narrowed it down to either toro or bad boy. Any chance we could get a 2024 pros and cons video of both?

Great video I really appreciate you guys going through all the models, transmission, engine sizes and features. Would be great if you could do another video on the 2024s which talks about wear and tear which parts go first, demonstration of an oil change, how to take the deck off from the chain system, and other things that would give you the full perspective of owning is zero turn versus its competitors. Thank you in advance.

I feel like you get more for the money with other makers like bad boy, scag, or kubota

My biggest disappointment with my 54" TimeCutter MyRide is that the deck is too far rearward. That makes it hard to mow around bushes because I have to twist my neck to the pain level. Also, the rear wheels spin too much when turning and damage the lawn with unnecessarily spiky tires. The anti-scalp wheel brackets were welded on with over 1/2" height variation, and the plastic wheels scrape against the concrete when set to the lowest cut level. Also, adjusting the deck properly is a nightmare, and compromises have to be made. I bought the machine for the MyRide feature, and love the smoothness.

He said if one cylinder goes down the other one will still fire as a backup. 😂

Great video - very informative! I’m in the market for a zero turn, but I’m stuck between two models. The Timecutter Max 60” (model 77601) and the Titan (model 77605) are so similar in specs, but significant price difference of $1200 (not including bagging system or total tax). I mow about 3 acres weekly, of which I bag 1 acre. The Timecutter Max 60” does not have a powered bagger, whereas the Titan does. At 60” decks, is there any concern that the non-powered bagging system would struggle to handle the volume? The machines spec out to be extremely similar with 10g welded decks, ZT2800 transmissions, similar tire size. The Titan gets the slight nod with the slightly larger Kawi FR730 motor, but is that worth the $1200 difference in the machine (nevermind the cost difference between the two different bagging systems)?

You can add an hour meter for <$20 and 5 minutes of your time. The cutout and wiring is already in place. But yeah, they should come standard.

May need larger tires or more grebing tires or more weight on rear of mower

Toro needs to make a Titan 60, my-ride Havoc edition. I can’t believe the Toro Titan Max Havoc doesn’t have suspension on it.🤦🏻‍♂️

After watching this, I kind of regret ordering the 42 with the fab deck. Just doesn’t seem like Toro is putting as good of components on for the money. The Cub ZT1 has better components, engine and trans, for the same money. Why do I have to hate the color yellow… ahh

Chain deck is junk.chains stretch and break. And they need to put a bracket handle on the spring tenchen pully to take off belt and deck to sharpen blades and clean deck. I'm not raising the front and getting under it . I got a few more years to live.
