I use to ride 12 hours a day in london. He's right listen especially if your new to bikes or city riding ! Experience was the best teacher for me i didn't have youtube back then 😂

What I hate the most are entrances to gas stations or businesses especially when there are vehicles trying to leave. It seems like they never ever see you! People are always in a rush for nothing.

i try to keep out of the right lane in general since there are so many blind corners here in SF and people always try to gun it to make a right turn

Oh gosh intersections are just glaring with people not paying attention—even when I’m not riding just as a passenger I will ask my friends when they take off after a big truck or bus passes “did you know if there were vehicles or say a motorcycle tailing that truck?” …their silence speaks volumes. Another hazard especially in the city are spun out HOBOS dude! I recall this lady just LEPT out into traffic once, there was an embankment from the sidewalk to the road and chick landed ON the car next to me as I was passing that car—I couldn’t believe what I saw behind me. I stayed on the scene because she was CRACKED OUT and trying to blame the driver too!

I have an exception to #2. Red light turns green, the lane to my right is Right Turn Only. Guy runs the red light on the right.

How TF do I predict that. I was first in line at the light, he came out of nowhere. Thanks for all the tips!!

The 3rd one is assessed as part of the UK test. I got a minor mark on my test when I rode close to a parked car just as we turned right outside the test centre 🤦🏽‍♂️

If you are riding with 2, 3 or 4 others when you pass a semi truck give us a finger count like hold up 2, 3 or 4 fingers to let us know more are behind you
