I just stumbled across this video . Dec 17, 1944 caught my ear. Sgt Joseph F Collins is on the stone . He is my uncle for who I am named.

Thats why U.S. Army soldiers didnt take any ss prisoners after the buldge.

My great grandfather was William "tom" Turner.
U.S army
5th Armored division
B company 47th A.I.B.
He didn't tell much of his war stories. I believe he was at the battle of the Bulge. Wish I knew more.
