Easy Vegan Apple Crisp with Oats 🍎⁣

For the crisp topping:⁣
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats⁣
- 1/4 cup almond flour⁣
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar⁣
- 1 tsp cinnamon⁣
- pinch of salt⁣
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (room temperature)⁣

For the apple filling:⁣
- 4-5 Honeycrisp apples - (you can also use Granny Smith)⁣
- 1/3 maple syrup⁣
- 1 tsp vanilla⁣
- 1 tsp cinnamon⁣
- pinch of nutmeg⁣

Instructions⁣
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit⁣
- Lightly grease a baking dish/pan with some coconut oil⁣
- Peel, core, and slice apples. Toss them in a bowl and add some lemon juice to prevent your apples from browning⁣
- To the bowl of apples add the maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix together until the apples are covered. Add the apple filling to a baking pan/dish and set aside.⁣
- In another bowl, add oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix together. ⁣
- Then add coconut oil to the oat mixture. Use a fork to mash coconut oil in with the mixture until it has a crumbly consistency.⁣
- Evenly sprinkle crisp topping over the apple filling. ⁣
- Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. ⁣
- Let cool and enjoy!⁣
