I'm always amazed with how natural he was on the mic, not many athletes transition into the pro wrestling world as well as he has, he showed he was both physically capable AND can work the crowd / entertain

Kurt really picked up the WWE faster than most newcomers do. For him to only have months of practice and be that good so fast is a testament to his natural abilities.

Kurt won the Intercontinental, European, King of the ring and WWF championship all within his debut year. Unmatched

When it comes to pure, aggressive, technical mat wrestling…I always will love a Chris Benoit & Kurt Angle match. Especially their clash a RR 03

You can tell Kurt is a really good dude cause A LOT OF GUYS PUT HIM OVER ESPECIALLY AT THE BEGINNING....it is a brotherhood and you have to be a special person for these guys to WANT TO PUT YOU OVER

Kurt had a better prime than most wrestlers. He was so gifted even in TNA. He so real for praising Benoit as a in ring performer

One of the most incredible talents to ever compete in any wrestling of any kind, period.

When he said he had to learn on the job I felt that

Instantly became one of my favorites.

The gimmick was so unique, and he was already so good on the mic. The amateur wrestling background meant he knew a lot of the throws and holds but just needed the experience to put it into fictional wrestling matches.

If the expression, "like a duck takes to water" was a person. Even just a year in, Kurt seemed like a entirely different performer.

Speaks volumes to Kurt’s greatness. He was arguably the best wrestler of the attitude era. I say arguably because you also had benoit and eddy there

Learn on the job is an insane approach with wrestling even with Kurt's background. You botch a move and someone lands wrong on their neck and they're paralyzed.
