It's hard to believe that Chris Benoit was so intense during his matches. Chris Jericho said that Benoit was so hard-hitting and so violent and everything that Benoit did in the ring looked so real and so believable. Jericho mentioned that on his podcast.

It's crazy how Guerrero and Benoit defined Ruthless Aggression. The faces of RAW and Smackdown during 2004 which was a great year for WWE, both becoming world champions and the creating the greatest moment in WrestleMania history. I miss them both dearly. RIP Eddie, Chris, Nancy and Daniel.

The matches those two were in together was in my mind, the finest I've ever seen. The intensity and the skill level they had remains to be seen to this day. Those two were the best in terms of sheer skill that wrestling had to offer.

I like Kurt Angle and respect him a great deal. Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit clearly had wonderful chemistry together as opponents. I think they would've been unstoppable as allies. Watching them go back and forth verbally was second only to The Rock and Triple H going back and forth, very entertaining and it just felt real because you knew that both of these guys could really wrestle and really fight and they were intense personalities. Kurt is absolutely right about Steve Austin. I remember when he was Stunning Steve in WCW. Steve was a really good technician in the ring. Steve really could wrestle. Once he became Stone Cold Steve Austin I guess the technical part kind of got scrapped and he was told to be more of a brawler or something.

chris benoit was never outta of shape through out his entire ecw wcw wwe career he was always jacked and eddie too, now both were taking steroids no doubt but still it takes alot of work, theres another video of randy orton saying the same thing about chris
