If the customer is hard on cash down, I always train to “so you’re telling me you’re more flexible in the money payment?”

Phrases like “ a lot of my customers” especially when you are looking for a COx. I like how the conversation stays positive. Also, how he didn’t try to overcome any kind of objection or hesitation or say “you can’t get that kind of payment on a car like this” too many people try to handle customer objects too quickly. Pull it all out of them so you can find what issues you can resolve and what you can’t. You never have to solve every problem, just have to solve enough for the customer to move forward.

Here is one I did the other day. Keep in mind we have a different process at our store, we are house first offer. I practiced multiple objection handling and phrasing in this write up. Not that you would need to go through all of these with the customer in this order. Just wanted to show my team ways to address andrespond to different objections.
