I just realised I already do project management, but with video games. I get together a team usually 2 to 5 people. Then I work on something a few hours for up to one day to seven days . Remember the results, tweak my performance test the results on the next attempt and keep making adjustments until I have the desired results.

It’s been a year that I have been a project lead and I wished I had learned about this early on. I realize I have so much to learn.
