Buying Cowboy Boots in Nashville | Nicks Boots Guys Come Along

The guys from Nicks Boots flew into town during CMA Fest. We took them to downtown Nashville on Broadway and hooked them up with their first pairs of cowboy boots. We were supposed to get a Boot Barn in our town but unfortunately it fell through which is probably just as well because I would probably have spent too much time and money in there. Glad to see you guys take some time to have a little fun and sharing it with us . A Happy Fathers Day to you both.

Love, love, love my ostrich and kidskin western boots. Alas, I can no longer wear them because of the arthritis in my knees. I can't wear any shoes or boots that have much if any lift in the heel.

Totally off topic, but I thought I'd put it here:

1. You don't seem to do a lot of boat shoes. Are there no Goodyear-welted boat shoes?
2. What are some good brands of walking shoes that are easy to get on and off, can take a beating, are long-lasting (ie. leather), relatively cool-ish in hot weather, and are repairable?
