Installed AA 6.3 on Android 8.0. All apps appear on AA in car but when clicked I get the following "No new messages during this drive" for all apps. Anyone got this??

I dont think you need to downgrad, i went into my phones settings and uninstalled both the old and new Fermata along with Fermata control, after i re-installed the new Fermata and its worked for me ever since! Uninstall from the Apps Settings, not from the App Drawer!!!

I made sure to download the variant ending in the same number as my variant ("24", more specifically, version 6.3.611324 when my latest available is 9.8.632424) and that the architecture is correct (arm64-v8a). Any idea? Google is getting stricter and stricter on this, even though we are the owners of the device and we shouldn't be faced with so many difficulties

I am using OnePus8 PRO. I tried using both AA wireless and wired. I got the same result trying to watch youtube. I only get the Audio with the audio controller (such as music title, play/pause, FF & RW) on my Pionner display. NO video. I tried Samsung 9, same result. Lots of bugs, such as It does not auto play the last youtube. I have to go back to my phone go to the app - to youtube - play it, THEN, it will cast the audio on my Pioneer. Compared with AA Spotify, the Spotify works flawless. Completely wireless connection, as soon as I start the car, autoplay, and I control the rest on my steering wheel buttons. I was hoping to be able to listen to youtube song covers while my passengers enjoy the video.

I have Android 11 and every time I connect the phone to the car it asks me to update the AA version. I already managed to uninstall AA from the phone (since it doesn't appear as an application on the phone), it had to be through Google Play. I managed to install version 6.3 of AA, but when I connect to the car, it always asks to update. Does anyone know how to get through this situation? I'm not rooted on the phone, so I'll have to use AAAD to be able to mirror the phone. Thank you very much.

I emailed them that it stopped mirroring and they acted like they never had an app that did this. It was really weird. I screen shot a few AA apps they had on their site, that I had to pay for ..and they were silent ..like hush ..very strange
