what you need:

3 apples
juice of half a lemon

for the beer batter:
125g flour
50ml milk
75ml beer
2 egg yolks
1/2 packet vanilla sugar
2 egg whites (beaten to stiffness) (1 tbsp sugar to the egg whites)
1 pinch of salt

Let the sunflower oil get really hot for frying!

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream - ENJOY :))
