Can not move but moved the world. Born in the death of a brilliant cosmologist and die on the birthday of the greatest scientist. Guess who is it. It’s the man, the legend himself, Pro. Stephen Hawking. We will always miss you.

This should teach us to recognize the great people when we still can! we are used to appreciate great people when is too late. Farewell and thanks Mr. Hawking.

astonishing the impact one person can have in our world ... we lost something beautiful and true ... my deepest regards to his family and friends, if we who did not know him are this impacted ... I cannot imagine their loss

Hawking. He's already immortal like Newton, Einstein, Armstrong, Leibniz, Goethe, Michelangelo, Tolkien. To name just a few of the Great. He will be truly missed, as a person as much as a scientist.

It's unfortunate that obituaries will by definition never be read by the deceased, for whom they might be the most valuable. But it's what we humans do.

The universe giveth and universe taketh away.
Every year we celebrate March 14th as "Pi Day" for no other reason than the numbers match up.
From now on I will also use the day to celebrate the life of Steven Hawking, and to remember the contributions he has made to science.
Not only did his incredible insights contribute greatly to our understanding of the universe, many I would argue, were just as important to that understanding as is the value of pi itself.

I can't imagine the audacity required to down vote an epitaph to one of the brightest minds to have ever graced the world.

He is the big bang of science
And now he left black hole in science

Stephen Hawking was one of the people who celebrated life the most! His brilliant mind and great sense of humor made him so special and inspiring! I hope there’s more to this life and he’s in another dimension now, running free!

Hawking the King of the vast spacetime shrinking it to the boundaries of blackhole! Salutations to the genious. Pray almighty for his soul to rest in peace.

He showed me what it means to 'Just Do It'. Thank you, S.H. for being so daring and taking us into and out of black holes, taking bets on the proofs at the edges of science and the universe and proving the value of 'just carry on'.

Stephen Hawking: Hero or ZERO
The (mostly secular) world heralds Stephen Hawking as a brilliant ‘scientist, ’ and even a 'Hero.' However, who among you can even name one thing he has done to benefit your knowledge? Who among you can say that he deserves to be called a 'Hero, ' on par with Defenders of Freedom? What has he REALLY done for science, and who has he helped? The answers should shock you considering all the attention he's getting. Let’s break down his ‘Top Ten Accomplishments’ as noted by an online article.
#1 Along with Roger Penrose, he did ground-breaking work on singularities
“…Stephan Hawking did path-breaking work on singularities which proved their existence and theorized that the universe might have begun as a singularity....
My Response: So….he proved something exists, and formed a theory. First of all, anyone can form a theory. A theory is simply conjecture or speculation, it’s not real science. Secondly, neither of these so-called 'accomplishments have helped humans AT ALL. There goes his #1 accomplishment….this is going to get old real quick because we have 9 more to go.
#2 Hawking co-discovered the four laws of black hole mechanics
With James Bardeen and Brandon Carter, Stephan Hawking discovered the four laws of black hole mechanics. These laws are physical properties that black holes are believed to satisfy and are analogous to the laws of thermodynamics....
My Response: He discovered laws? But…notice the IMMEDIATE contradiction through the use of word ‘believed.’ So it’s really just a theory, he didn't prove anything. Either way, discovering grass is not an accomplishment. It’s called using your eyes…or OBSERVATION. Anyone can do that. And this did nothing to benefit ANYONE.
#3 His most significant theory is that black holes emit the Hawking radiation...
My Response: So his #3 accomplishment is another theory… This is not a SCIENCE accomplishment, this is PSEUDO-Science and benefits NO ONE.
#4 He contributed to the theory of cosmic inflation...
My Response: Once again, a theory is not a real SCIENTIFIC contribution…anyone can come up with theories. This is PSEUDO- Science and does NOTHING to help ANYONE.
#5 Along with James Hartle, he proposed an important model on universe’s initial state...
My Response: He proposed something….are you kidding me? ANYONE can propose something! Proposals DO NOTHING for science or ANYONE.
#6 With Thomas Hertog, he proposed a theory of “top-down cosmology”
My Response: Once again, a proposal is NOT a true scientific contribution. Science means KNOWLEDGE, a theory or proposal is NEITHER & helps NOONE.
#7 & 8 are for writing books – Talking about PSEUDO-SCIENCE THEORIES.
#9 was for winning awards – For contributions of THEORIES
#10 is being ranked among 100 top Britons by BBC poll – FOR WHAT?!?!

In conclusion: Stephen Hawking didn't really do much for science aka our KNOWLEDGE. He certainly did NOTHING beneficial for any of us. His token accomplishments mostly lie in the realm of PSEUDO science and only exist in order to prop up Atheism. I repeat: The ONLY reason he is championed is for being a so-called 'educated scientist' who was also an outspoken critic of God and Creation. The ONLY group who could consider him a hero would be Atheists. Isn’t it an amazing twist of irony that, quite possibly, THEE top voice against God & Creation lost his ability to use his voice? I truly do hope he woke up to reality before he died, because he'll be bowing before our Creator regardless.
