Comunism is not in reach of any country while the main system is still capitalism, as it can abuse its power to exploit the stateless, classless society, therefore, we first have to reach early Socialism, wich means the State is the one in charge to enforce or help to embrace cooperatives and colectives, this one must be the dominant economic structute around the world (majority of countries practicing it) so the dissolution of the State is possible, so Communism, in fact never has been reached, yet some countries are already in the transition to, like Cuba, Vietnam, and maybe China (I disagree with this last one but some not), that means they are Socialists, and eventually they will become Communists, and some reffer to the whole process when calling a country Communist.

In resume, no, but yes, and no.
