Thank you for sharing your expertise on YouTube. It is a great place to get different approaches to learning math. As a minor point, it is an extra step to create new fractions with a common denominator. Rather, multiply each term by the common denominator. This eliminates the fractions altogether, and it has the added benefit of using a method that will be applied later when teaching rational expressions. Thanks for being a teacher!
