I started not drinking with meals about 8 months ago when I discovered Barbara O'Neill on your YouTube channel. I still let the wait staff bring water, otherwise I'll get interrupted half a dozen times during my meal. I just push it off to the side and enjoy my meal. I really thought I could never eat without drinking, but eating with no drink has eliminated my IBS and acid reflux.
