I like to watch/listen to ASMR videos. Recommend to everyone who has trouble with calming down an relaxing. Once you find your perfect asmr triggers, it's pure heaven!

When I'm stressed, I just close my eyes, play some relaxing music (if there is no singing it works best), concentrate on my breathing, and forget everything. Sometimes I even feel weightless when I do it.

What I do every morning to keep calm: I go outside, sit down and close my eyes. Then I focus on every sense except for sight for a solid 30-60 minutes. Then I'm able to stay calm all day long.

I need a chill pill today, defiantly. My dad tried to crash into my mom with his car earlier today, and has been breaking plates, and yelling at me and my mom over Netflix. My mom and I are about to leave, and when I'm stressed, I watch You Tube videos.. Ugh..

This is so helpful. I have an anxiety disorder and I get really nervous and stressed in my place of work or when I'm studying for uni exams or when I'm around drunk people as I don't really drink and as much as talking with my uni counsellor helps, these seem like fantastic tips for chilling out and getting my head back in the zone when I'm caught up with stress and anxiety. ASMR helps a ton as well. You should get the team to try out ASMR videos!

This is basically all meditation without telling people it's meditation. I feel like just the word meditation has a bad rap as if it's nerdy or weird to do but honestly if you take the word away it just ways to focus your mind and energy on something else to help you relax. Great video!
