I dated a girl with Narc traits and she was very emotionally unavailable. I remember once she told me that she thought and feels that she isn’t a good person . I remember completely ignoring it in the beginning. It’s quite uncanny how they will strait up just tell you some times.

When people are envious of me, it's a gross feeling. for example, I lost some weight a couple years ago and I was super happy and doing well for my physical health, but, my sister in law (not saying she's a narcissist) would say hateful things like "wow you're so skinny, I hate you" or "you just keep getting thinner it's gross". I got a few comments like this not just from her but from my mom and other women, I was having people tell me I had an eating disorder when I was eating lots of healthy food and working out everyday. It caused me to become shameful, helped me into a depression, and I ended up gaining some of the weight back. Now I feel they are happy that I "failed" at keeping it off.

I don't know man, jealousy is a nasty disease why can't we just be happy for each other? I try to be in the mindset that things are better when we all succeed. Although I'll admit I don't always accomplish this it can be hard sometimes to not see the grass as greener on someone else's lawn.

As far as love bombing go’s, she was the ultimate professional at that, most everything you said she said, like being in bed nobody has ever done that to me before or made me feel that way before etc. And it went on and on, it seemed like her family was doing it to me too, I was the freaking hero of the century, it was crazy, it made me feel good but it was pretty crazy that her mom and kids and everybody was love bombing me. To all of you that are new to this and getting away from your narcissist, it gets better it takes time though it took me a few years, some people it may take a year some people 4 years. You have to get help though you can’t do this by yourself, But it gets better, I promise!
She mirrored me big time, at the time for about 10 years I was a World War II collector and involved with World War II aircraft, she started loving that as much as I did and I was like oh that’s pretty cool at first, then it got a little weird because it just wasn’t really normal what was going on she was turning into me, of course at the time I had no idea what a narcissist was but she became as interested in World War II collecting an aircraft as I was, it was bizarre.lol

He ignored any help they needed when struggling, especially emotional invalidations belittling and berating.

My ex just admitted to me that things didn’t work out the way he wanted them to. This is after a long silent treatment. I know he’s trying to bait me to chase him. And once upon a time I would have. It’s so empowering when we finally see through it, and understanding really is the key to moving on. I’m quietly teaching my 8 year old daughter about narcissism and appropriate boundaries.
