I played ball for 12 years and I will say this young man is a great source of info for people. All of his vids are very informative

“It’s gonna make you look like a better defender than you are” as a former middle part of a 2-3 zone that really hurt😢

The defense tip is so valuable, literally the sole reason I made my team

coaches look at body language more than anything else that’s arguably the most important thing to remember before tryouts

1000% my guy. Too bad the senior boys bball coach already made up his choice on who’s on the team and who’s not on it halfway through the first tryout😢😢. Fucking high school politics

I didn't try out for the team this year bc I felt like I wasn't good enough but with your tips and the amount of work I have been putting in I feel like I can make the team. Thanks!

Update: I didn't make the team... I broke my leg during scrimmage so that sucks

Hustling is a really good way to get on a team and if your coach asked for free throws focus and make those that is what coaches are looking for

Even tho I ain’t make the team, I became manager and played on A team a couple of games, even in open gym coach told me I had to replace someone on B team. Always tried to join in on the drills and prove what I can do

Kids, listen to this man. He knows what hes talking about. Hustle and energy are a couple of the biggest things coaches want to see

The real answer is be the best player and/or make sure the coaches know and like u before u even show up to one practice or tryout

Every team needs a glue guy. Takes no talent to stay down in a defensive stance, talk, box out, and sprint in transition (offensive and defensive). Be quick and decisive with offensive decisions and make your layups. Lastly, believe in yourself and don’t worry what your friends that won’t make the team are doing

I send my son your videos constantly. Hoping he listens. Your videos are far better than any trainer I paid for !

Was my teams guard dog in 5th grade, cause i always panicked when i had to score, but my stamina was perc tier so all i knew how to do was full court press..the entire game. Coach just said dont let that lil nigga get by you and we'd win every game. We went undefeated and i dont remember ever scoring. Point: ion remember

Love the fact that you called out everything that makes you a better player all around not just a good scorer

This guy is great you helped me make the team thanks

I was the only one talking on defense so the coach wanted me, and during the first practice I could show I know more than defense THANKS MAN!
