This reminds me of a friend who worked at Dairy Queen in high school and made a hotdog blizzard. If I remember correctly it was a chopped up hotdog, ketchup, mustard, and relish mixed into the vanilla soft serve. He said it was gross, but not as bad as he thought it would be. Thankfully, I wasn't there to try it.

I would try the Spam cookie. I like salty and sweet together, and if the Spam was cut thin enough and cooked up crispy enough, so that you're really just left with the salty taste, I don't think it would be bad, to be honest. They make chocolate bars with bacon, this is a cookie with chocolate and Spam, which would replace the bacon taste.
Full disclosure...as terrible as Spam is for you, I love it, and a couple times a year I give in and indulge. I usually cube it up and throw it into some fried rice. Maybe next time, I'll make cookies.

Honestly the spamookie would likely be okay. Eating meat with biscuits, usually with cracker style types, is already a thing people do but I've personally eaten devon (basically what we call bologna sausage in many parts of Australia) and cabanossi while eating other types of biscuits in the past such as Delta Creams (similar, and better, to Oreos) and chocolate chip cookies.

As much as I HATE mixing sweets and meats and I dislike chocolate chip cookies, the part of me that likes salted chocolate says those cookies COULD be good. The nicken chuggets I'd make no sweat. Probably a little greasy on the outside, maybe not as crispy as I'd prefer on the inside, but it's hard to go wrong with chicken and panko crumbs.
