Ever since i did my first steroid cycle i got off of it and never used them again and ive had a pain that comes and goes in my spleen area it usually starts when i start moving around physically

I’m having sharp stabbing pains in the area of where the spleen is. It’s stop but it lasted 25-30 seconds, and they were between 2 seconds between each stabbing like pain, back to back. Should I be worried. I do have a lot of health issues. I had a massive pulmonary embolism in my mid 20s, I was told my liver get inflamed, enlarged, and the enzymes are out the roof, I was hospitalized in December 2020 for DKA, and had a blood sugar of 1, 510. I was in a coma and woke up 3-4 days later after I was found on the floor unresponsive. Should I call 911
