I figure out how to fix "There Can Only Be One Game Target Per Project" by deleting the intermediate folder. It's not a quick vid as I was trying to find the fix as well.

Man, I get packaging failures often when working with Android builds. Getting rid of the Intermediate folder usually fixes it right up. I usually just rename the existing Intermediate folder, and UE will create a new one, then delete the old one later. Hope your video helps people :)

i did it but when i want to package my game it still shows this error

I wish this would have worked. I followed your video and still get the "ERROR: There can be only one Editor target per project." during packaging.
