Dude decided to die on that hill of not mentioning his cut😂. He didn't anticipate the question. Damn, 26% and all that money for 98k miles for a car that was bought for 4k! That margin is insane! She ends up paying the 4k actually after being fined for assault for 500. Sad

Something isn't adding up. A payment on a $20, 000 car with a 26% interest rate would be over $400 a month. Definitely not less than $300 a month.

I'm not sure why she's giving the salesman a hard time. Plaintiff is a big girl and can either accept or decline the contract. 26% means she has horrible credit, poor decision making skills, and it's the cost of a headache down the road. Proven by the fact the car got repoed and he had to spend hours getting that taken care of. I believe him when he said he prefers cash. He gets paid and moves on to the next deal. No headaches with good credit or cash.

Years ago, I worked at TitleMax, and these guys would buy repossessed cars for a little of nothing! And sell them for 20 times more to ppl like her! 😂🤣
