And one more thing I would like to say that saying "no" is a matter of being honest . I mean if I am able and happy and I get joy in doing something for others, it will really be pleasure for me.
And if i am not able sometime, i would simply like to say "no". And I THINK, saying "no" will never hurt anyone if the person is real and honest internally.
