Priya...there is a very thin line between being Boisterous and promotion. I think a lot of us Indians prefer our work to talk for us. Even the coach of the great Sachin Tendulkar did not send him kudos, hugs & flowers everytime he had a century at hand. He was told "Well Done" one he got to 100 hundreds. I understand that we need to promote/sell to set up our credibility and mark initially but once you have set a benchmark, your work should do the talking rather that you pushing the file to your bosses. I completely agree with you that success has to be shared & due credits given to people involved.

Ma'am I wanna share my awesome experience I made NET-JRF certificate and USET certificate on paper and put both in my documents file. Finally I have both certificates. And I put both in same place where I put self made can't forget this moment.
