Yes, I have an emergency fund, but my goal is to build it up to 6 months, have a ways to go.. but that’s been my focus plus paying of my student loans!

I love that affirmation card...learning from a mistake means you are wiser. I been thinking about creating different emergency fund. Right now we have one large EF but this video makes me want to rethink things....thank you so much for sharing this information.

Congratulations winners! Raye, I really needed this video today. I've unfortunately experienced all of these situations in the past and relied on credit cards to pay for things. Just a few years after being laid off, I had to use some of my severance to replace my water heater. I will be joining you to create my life happens savings goals in2023.

Thank you for this never thought about these emergencies but I just received my 2023 financial planner and I definitely can implement a few into my new savings for next year. Been working hard on my one month ahead and I'm almost done fulfilling my emergency fund😍

This was very interesting and something I never thought of but makes all the sense in the world. We have a emergency fund, about 10 months hoping to get to a year, but your right it should be for regular bills if we lose our jobs. We have dipped into it for home repair that came up. Not something I wanted to do I’d rather keep it aside untouched for hopefully never job loss. Doing a life happens funds is a great idea. Thanks for the info enjoy your weekend

Yesss I just had this revelation the other day to have separate emergency funds for different situations. Also I want to have emergency income for basic needs in addition to emergency bill money
