Does the next generation of the iPhone live up to the hype?

I have never had an issue with damaging the glass in my 3G. I've had it since launch week. No extra cases or any of that jazz. The face is flawless. The plastic back has some scratches from setting it down. If you are breaking the glass, you are doing something wrong.

I guess I'll just pick up a 3Gs 8GB when the iPhone 4 comes out in my country for like $100 and wait till the next get iPhone, maybe they will fix the reception issue and make a REALLY worthy glass next time.

and yet they go buy one, after the other... because it's a all around good and solid product.

just got a 3GS, still glad i decided to get this one now than wait for stock in the UK, will upgrade to the next iteration of iphone 4 though.

@Fox3close Shall we point out the flaws of the evo? Like the shit battery, relatively low resolution, paying 20 extra for wireless tethering, or the horrid apps? I can go on. The jailbroken iPhone is more than a match for the evo.
And 4G has no GUI, how is it easier, exactly?

@LucifernSmith I actually like the new design WAY MORE! Old Design was bulky and fat, but this one is sleek and smooth.
