I remember watching this review a while ago! I really wanted an iPhone but it wasn't out yet on Verizon so I decided to get the HTC Droid Incredible. It was a great phone for the first year I had it, but after that it started to go. I couldn't send or receive any texts, and it would just not work on me anymore. I had to buy so many new charging cable because they always broke. I now own an iPhone 5 and you can really see the quality difference of just the materials and the OS. More care is taken

i believe these are the 2/3 best products in the market (evo 4g). i couldnt decide between these two but ended up with iphone because of the quality of the screen. i also like the smoothness of the screen, scolling and opening of apps. however, i miss my weather widgets :-(. both great phones tho

droid incredible is a great phone. im 13 and i own one, i've owned it since the day it was released. im not a "geek" with technology but i know quite a bit about it. its a good phone.

I have an HTC Incredible. My father just picked up an iPhone 4. The display on the iPhone 4 is literally unbelievable to me. It does not look like a computer screen. It looks like a sticker. The Incredible is more like a standard computer screen.

Adding the 8mp Incredible camera to the iPhone, giving it a rubberized sized and back, putting it on Verizon's network, and making it about .5" shorter in height would make a perfect phone.

Or is it that photos taken with it's 5 mpx camera look better than droids 8 mpx?

@OcarinaBrothers well i use flash programs a lot for school so it definatley helps that. but the battery is weak and i swear the 1ghz processor is under-clocked to like 100mhz. i need to fix that

im switching from the droid incredible to the iphone4 this week.. this droid is like 2 years old and it's just dying. right now it sucks. always randomly shutting off, and the memory on it is screwed up. an icon keeps popping up that says something like "phone storage space running low, delete 512 KB of space or you will not receive messages" so i have to start deleting apps one after another (and i don't have that many) and it says i have like 75% space still open.. doesn't make any sense

I have both the IPhone 4 and Droid X. Neither phone is perfect, but The IPhone quality can't be beaten. My wife has the Incredible, nice phone but very fragile and the Sense UI is not perfect on it. HTC has done a great job in moving ahead, but the Android OS open market is a security nightmare and some programmers love to take advantage of that. Seen the news lately?

The higer is not automatically better but usually lower MP amount is better, especially when you have fullsize (35mm) sensor so single pixel can capture more photons than what can smaller sensor or higer MP camera (with same sensor size). The lens is very important as well so there would not be distortions or you can have very little light reflection. But otherwise it is the A/D conversion what causes bad quality.

I have the Droid Incredible currently and I have to say that it is awful. I keep my phones in a good of quality as I can, but this thing is extremely poor in quality both inside and out. The signal lies to me, saying that I have 2 bars when I really don't, it overheats very quickly, it freezes very often about once every ten minutes. Hope this helped for any future Droid Incredible buyers. My advice: get the iPhone 4.
