I would like to share with you my thoughts on this... I am no expert, but I have whatever it is that you have (I think). I experimented this week with my diet, and when I went out of Ketosis it cleared up. I have no desire to quit Keto either, for the same reasons you gave. I follow Dr. Cywes on YouTube who has videos on this although he doesn't address the rash in the "sensitive" area. I have been doing Keto for years and recently started leaning toward carnivore along with intermittent fasting and that might be why I'm having the reaction. My plan is to go back to a low-carb diet (more low-carb veggies). I am giving up on intermittent fasting.... for now. Don't know if these things will work, but I'm gonna try. One last thing. I have used a type of fungal cream with a steroid that worked very well (doctor prescribed). Your videos really helped me connect the dots to my keto diet. No one else talks about it being anywhere but on the torso. Hope you find something that works well for you. Make a video if you do!!!

Dr. Mike mentioning about the different possible causes of itchiness are so insane! This review gave me a lot of understanding about skin itchiness and different possibilities of it! Plus how the situation is presented in animation form. Stress can trigger inflammation in the body and it can happen on our skin too. Very informative reaction here .
