Is eHow in league with Expert Village or something? If it only took 5 seconds to explain it, why is this over a minute long? All she did was flop the girl's hair a few times and use the words "like" and "um" way too much. That alone probably took 30 seconds. Why aren't there visual examples? Why not have a mannequin head with a wig to display the difference? So much could have been included.
