When it comes for diabetes management, you should know what rises or what brings down the blood sugar levels. This diabetes management can be divided into 3 parts. One is with food, a very good diet control. Second is with regular exercises, third is with regular medication. First the food, the carbohydrates are the one which are known to impact your sugar levels very easily. Avoid having carbohydrates as far as possible in any form. Try to have Carbohydrates in the form of vegetables and fruits which will have a very less impact in rising the sugar levels. Have a well balanced diet and have multiple meal in a day, like 4-5 times, rather than having 3 meals per day which will help you to balance your sugar levels. Avoid sugar and sweetened beverages in any form, consult a dietician or your doctor who will guide you in structuring a well balanced diet. Another thing in diabetes management, workout at least for 45 minutes in a day in any form. Go for a walk, or do some stretching exercises or some form of physical activity on a daily basis. Be very regular with your medication - Be very regular with your medication, and know your sugar levels at least once in 3-4 months of time frame.
