They will take that “TSA” approved Leatherman Multi tool. I got through 4 times. Searched. My bag 5th time and took it even though I told them it just had a scissor.

My wife and i have carried our SAK Classic on flights for years. no questions. So it's also TSA-Friendly. My Micro EDC consists of:

On my Key-chain:
SAK Classic Alox
CRKT Iota Eating tool
Rovyvon Aurora A1 flashlight
OLIGHT i3e EOS flashlight (2nd flashlight)
Titanium Whistle
Titanium 3" toothpick
Swiss-Tech utili-key (2nd blade)
Handcuff Key
Micro-USB to USB C adapter

In my Wallet:
ASE Fresnel Lens
Ceramic folding razor (3rd blade)
Swiss Card light (4th blade, 3rd flashlight, 2nd scissors, 2nd magnifying lens + pen, tweezers, pin)

I carry all of it every day, and its not overwhelming (except when I'm in swim trunks!?). I carry ALL of it on Domestic and International flights, through security.

I also usually carry a short folder (CRKT Squid) or a Leatherman Free T4 (not through TSA security though 🙂).

Glad you mentioned the Style PS. Great tool and so light weight. I pair it with the Civivi Mini Elementum. Both around 4oz. Barely feel them in my pockets. So functional. Perfect edc for me.

Schrade Outback assisted opening knife, half serrated blade in AUS10, 3 & 7/8". $30.00. Griffin pry tools are good, the brass ones will bend, they come in various colors & sizes. Olight i3teos is good. Leatherman micra is a good scissors choice. Grimworkshop has some micro tools that cover alot of uses. Enjoyed watching this, thanks.

maybe a little large, but the SOG powerpint. I just picked one up this weekend. Also bought a gerber dime paired with an, o.light tlr1, or nite eyes single aaa light. All on individual locking s biners on a key ring with a gear aid glow stick. The SOG, while on the larger keychain size, is absolutely phenomenal.

These micros are a great compliment to my ridiculous edc surge based pocket tool with every accessory that weighs a ton. My 1/4" bit extension in the end of the sog makes a perfectly sized and well balanced screwdriver, unlike the Surge. If I need to hold a nut with the surge, the sog with bit extension can be used to screw the fastner in. Great combo

For an urban working environment such as an office, shop, store or factory where you might be restricted in what sort of knife you are allowed to carry, I recommend you upgrade your 2 layer 58mm Victorinox to either its multi-layer big brother the 58mm Midnite Mini-Champ which has a whole range of extra mini-tools including a mini-flashlight & a retractable pressurized pen, thus saving you weight in not having to pocket carry a separate flashlight & a pen in your pants pocket or go straight to a larger urban working environment SAK such as the 91mm Compact which has both scissors & a pen

Nice selection. I have the i1R and another one like it (but not as nice; only one mode), and a couple more incoming. I have Sofirn's version of the Perun Mini, but I keep it in its headlamp-strap. I got the Prybrid from an earlier video you did, and also the Gerber Dime (which has scissors; I've used mine).

Leatherman Micra goes everywhere with me. Hands down best “micro” scissors I’ve found.

awesome video, fantastic small tools. note on the leatherman nail file vs victorinox. i believe victorinox is entirely made in europe where as the leatherman might be made partly in mexico and assemble partly in us. im not sure of the percentage so best to double check. anyways great video brother.

pocket flossing some nice stuff there buddy, anything that cost more than $20 is getting tied to me lol, I have found most tiny prybars are useless as a tool, I really like my victonox micro manager- that little pocket knife has everything from a little red light to even a ball point pen coupled that with my i3Olight and my micro swiss tech plyers that attached to a key ring makes them hard to lose and boy howdy I feel like MacGyver in most situations

The video I didn't know I needed.

What’s surprising is that I never have needed a pry bar such that I’d edc one, yet so many people seem to. Oh well, you do you.
