I think the one thing I worry about when I see this escape, is the Dagestani handcuff on your posting elbow/forearm. seems well within reach of the opponents left arm.

Keep in mind guys, its about full body strength and hip, You have to be ready to scoot your hips using the elbow as base so a back take isnt the step for them

I RARELY see evn UFC boys do this its crazy
