And I don’t give a damn how many people disapprove of me choosing to be myself, rather than what they want me to be so that I can fit into notion of what men/women/anyone ought to be. I’m not sorry if my existence makes you feel uncomfortable. My existence as a human being is more than a means to someone else’s greater end. I’d like to correct you. We need both masculine and feminine people in our society, yes. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that men must fulfil the masculine role exclusively and that women must exclusively fulfil the feminine role. I know many women who are a lot more capable of things considered masculine than men, and as a man I’d consider myself more feminine (I happen to quite literally be a femboy.) Gender does not define what a person is good at, so by making sure that men are masculine and women feminine, it’s detrimental to society as it means that people will be put into social roles that they are not as well suited to.

Although being feminine is NOT taking your clothes off on the internet.
