Butter is delicious. Problem is if kinda dense AF in calories, and adding 4 tablespoons to a dish is a bit to much for me >.<

I do something similar but I don’t add the water into the butter, i toast the fry orzo with the butter and it also adds to the nutty flavour, once it’s a little brown I add the water. It’s a total comfort dish
