I made these today and they were incredible! The only changes I made were adding a little less sugar (50g less) and not adding the chocolate bits, because I sometimes find american recipes a bit too sweet. But the texture and the nutty flavour from the butter were sooo good 🤤

Tried this today. I added coffee powder and high end melted choc. So good.

I warmed them up and had it with a scoop of ice cream.

Also the browned butter elevated this dish. ❤

3/4 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3 large eggs
3/4 cup all purpose flour

I made these and accidentally overbaked them just a little. They weren't dry, but they lost the gooey center. Made a chocolate ice cream base and put them in it, blended it in the ninja creami. Literal perfection. Even after being frozen they stayed just chewy enough to be amazing.

I really had high hopes because of the reviews but I made these today and they weren't a hit for my family. I followed the recipe to a T, but I was told the cocoa powder was too over powering 🤔 (we used dutched processed cocoa powder).

Note: The type of cocoa powder also makes a huge difference.
It is recommemded to use a dutch processed one❤
