Time is ticking for United States TikTok ban

According to new reports, the Biden administration and Donald Trump are considering ways to delay the ban on TikTok, set to take effect this Sunday. But Biden would have to act as soon as possible and Trump doesn't take office until Monday. So are fans of TikTok out of luck? ABC's Rhiannon Ally breaks down the status of the ban.
