Nicky and Harri you two have done an amazing job on this renovation. It has been so much fun to watch you from beginning to end and what you have accomplished. I am from America, so I have no idea what the valuation would be in England. That being said I know that you did an amazing transformation and when compared to the houses around you it will be above and beyond anything they have. 300K is a pretty good start but I would hope that the market will exceed that. Again, a beautiful renovation and looking forward to future projects.

For the sliding wardrobes bit it would be useful if you guys explained more of what you are doing, like what the studs are for, what kind of studs they are, what you have to consider when drilling the studs in and positioning them, what materials you used - it would make more sense to complete novices who stumble upon your channel.
Your videos are incredible and you guys are super good at what you do. Super informative but could be even more informative with just a bit extra narrative!
