Heres How Much Money People Really Make Working At Aldi

When you shop at a store like Aldi, you probably wonder how the store is able to make money when they offer such low prices. Sure, they don’t pay someone to push the shopping carts, and their store size is smaller than most, but how much do their employees make? You’ve probably seen Aldi employees working multiple jobs, and that’s something that happens regularly, not just when someone calls in sick. Of course, the pay varies depending on whether you’re entry-level, management, or a warehouse worker. Let’s take a look at how much money people really make working at Aldi.

Just wanna say I’m starting at aldis next week part time and I’m getting 14 an hour. That’s actually really good for my area. Especially while I’m in school.

Am looking at this video now but i recommend that look for job at Aldi Werehouse am from CT USA and i get pay $24.75 an hour just started.

👁 not eveyone get hire at the group interview.
Tips at the application put your jobs experience. At the moving test do it fast as tou can and follow the instructions. At the interview with the supervisor be confident, really interesting in the job and show that you are positive, motivated and energetic person.

Good luck

Was hesitant at first, but I cancelled an Aldi job interview to Costco when a warehouse here in Melbourne were hiring for casual/seasonal position. It ended up paying $33 an hour before the seasonal bonus.

Got hired part time soon after with the meat department during my university studies and is paying a healthy $28 per hour. The bonuses such as the staff discount is always nice too.

So my advice is to anyone looking for a job (especially a student trying to make ends meet) or see a vacancy at Costco, I would apply right away.

I work part time at aldis and as much as I love the people and atmosphere the job itself is taking a hit on my body 🥴 and being called and scheduled the days I told them I can’t work gets annoying

I see all the comments about Costco but my friend works there and went from stocker to cashier and makes $17/hour in California. I make $15/hr at Aldi’s

It didn't used to be too bad, when you have good people working with you at least. I actually get along with everyone I work with. The problem is that some managers let the power get to their head. It didnt used to be all about money, but I feel like as the years have gone on the dms only work to get promoted, and managers don't pull their weight. All around decrease in quality, not worth the work.

Worked here full time for a year and a half in the warehouse I love it, I love the store and the company, my body is use to physical labor so it didn’t take that much time to get use to it at all we do fundraisers for children’s cancer and toy runs as well, we sometimes have special orders to donate our food to local churches and food drives…

Work to death like horses before the motor engines were invented.

- You literally have and will do everything from mopping to cashiering to stocking.

Aldi warehouse in georgia starts at 19.50 an hour to 23.50 an hour depending on the schedule setup they pick. With 75 cents raise each year. A safety bonus every month now not each quarter.

Most of these wages are pretty inaccurate. I am a store manager for ALDI in Indiana and I made $96, 000 last year after all of my bonuses. Shift managers make around $35, 000-40, 000 a year. Manager Trainees make $50, 000-55, 000.

From what I have seen while visiting an Aldi store it seems that stockers also are used as cashiers or checkout people. So how do they pay you for being a stocker but use you as a cashier?

Aldi and save a lot are BASICALLY the same kind of store, so I say if you're YOUNG then do it get a job but PLEASE get something else!!!
Quickly!
It's not as happy as this video makes it seem!
