NO SPEND Lunch Ideas 🍎 + What They Ate

Our main fridge has been broken for 2 weeks, so this week I challenged myself to do a No Spend week of lunches, so I only used what was already in my spare refrigerator, pantry or freezer!

If you and your kids are tired of scrambled eggs but you need to get rid of some eggs, either make a quiche or some sort of casserole, but better yet, make some more scrambled eggs (I know), but add in shredded cheese and bacon or sausage crumbles. Another idea is to dice up some veggies, like bell peppers, onions, etc and cook them a little bit before adding the eggs to the pan.
