"Standard Issue Mom" needs to be a tshirt. 😂 I am not an above and beyond kind of mom about 99.9% of the time, and the .1% when I do, I wonder why I thought it was a good idea. 😆 I appreciate and am good at being efficient and I think that "above and beyond" is typically not efficient in my mind.

I made the suddenly salad u mentioned and then divided it between three meal preps. I added chopped cucumber, turkey keibalsa, tomatoes and black olives the day of my lunch. It was so so good.
