The Bahamut battle themes are some of the best music to ever come out of a Final Fantasy title. They capture all aspects of both Dion's character (both the more gentle and delicate aspects of his person, while also keeping the regal, strong, and knightly feel) they capture the stakes perfectly, and more importantly, they capture how iconic and important Bahamut is in the metanarrative of the franchise. It also helps that the visuals of all phases of the fight manage to do all of these things as well, with the city-wide crystal flower, and all of the moves that Bahamut borrows from his many incarnations.

Not gonna lie, this may overtake FFVII-R One Winged Angel for my favorite boss theme. Soken put so many layers and though into this piece. I’m absolutely blown away!

from playing game i can say Ascension isn't ifrit and phoenix vs bahamut it play way different theme here Ascension started playing in ifrit risen vs bahamut them (btw ifrit risen is fusion of ifrit and phoenix this fight is before they fused)
