Thank you so much for this video beautiful Nena, I've always asked the question why is the news so negative? I guess because negative news gets more attention than positive news and I don't think that should be the case. I try not to let the news and global situation get to me. I know not all the problems from 2020 have been resolved yet and I'm still having 2020 aftershock but I'm still hopeful that 2021 will fix all the problems of last year as it progresses. yes that is why i stopped watching bad news !!! once and awhile now ... it is best for my mental health. thanks Nena for your advice. greatly appreciate it on how to cope with anxiety and fear of current events.

I try to watch just enough news to stay informed and then shut it off. This is the exact reason why I stay off Facebook and now I'm considering getting off Twitter. I want to remove the negativity where I can 👍
