Breaking down the five forms of evidence | Profiling Evil

How reliable is eyewitness testimony? The different types of evidence introduced in court proceeding can be confusing. This video breaks evidence down to five basic categories; physical, circumstantial, eyewitness, confession and behavior.  Evidence supports the theory presented by police and the prosecution. It helps the court, and jury members understand the case more clearly. A single form of evidence is not as convincing as multiple forms of evidence. While there are isolated examples where a single form of evidence convicted someone of a crime, it is rare. When multiple sources of evidence are shown to corroborate each other, the likelihood of conviction increases.

What I don’t understand why Chad Daybell ENTIRE property wasn’t completely shut down and that every building wasn’t investigated by the CIS. Also why were Chad Daybell’s grown kids ( I don’t know how many he had) immediately were moving into his house? Have the police questioned them? Was the purpose of going into their dad’s house was to “clean up”any possible evidence?

Man, this guy is amazing, he's obviously incredibly experienced and skilled in his work and knows how to break it down in a simple way that outsiders can easily digest. Plus I just love his demeanor: super friendly and approachable, yet has obviously seen some SH-T and shouldn't be messed with.

I’d be really interested to see your take on a video break down of body language in interrogations from both the suspect and the interrogator. I’m not sure if you have any experience with interrogations but if you do I think that would be an interesting video. I watched another interrogation breakdown of FBI strategies used to get Chris Watts to confess and that was really interesting and informative.
